The 8th International Conference on Biochemistry and Microbiology Applied Technologies (BMAT’2025) was held from October 31th to November 2nd, 2025, in Sousse, Tunisia.

BMAT’2025 shine a spotlight on emerging topics at the crossroads of biochemistry, microbiology, neuroscience, and natural product research. A special focus will be placed on the exploration of bioactive molecules such as polyphenols, peptides, essential oils, and other natural extracts for their biological activities and therapeutic potential.
