Best Oral Communication Award for Dr. Nahla Mejri (LPAM)

MEDGOAT was represented at the 8th International Nutrition Congress of the Tunisian Association of Nutrition Sciences (ATSN), held in Tunis on 9–10 October 2026 under the patronage of the Tunisian Ministry of Health. The congress gathered nutrition scientists, clinicians and food technologists working on nutrition, health and functional foods.

The LPAM team presented its work on date seed powder-fortified cakes, comparing their antioxidant activity and microbial stability with conventional cakes. We are proud to announce that Dr. Nahla Mejri received the Best Oral Communication Award for this presentation, a recognition of the quality of the research carried out within the MEDGOAT consortium on the valorisation of agro-food by-products.
